The location of the information counter need to be located strategically in which the public can easily drop by ask for information and direction or require any services offer by the information counter. In the picture, the information counter is well decorated and this represents the services offer are friendly and reliable thus makes a good eye sighting for the public. There are also signage at the information counter that tells the public about the function and services available.

The information kiosk plays a very important role in giving information as well the direction for the public that visiting or shopping in that place. The information kiosk needs to be located in many different locations that is easy for the public to get an information or direction. In the picture, it is shown that the information kiosk is located in many different locations which make it easier for the public view. The design is simple as long the information given to the public is accurate.
